How long does delivery take

Standard shipping is free on every order. The estimated delivery window for your address appears at checkout before you pay. Express shipping is available for 7.90 EUR.

Which countries do you ship to

We ship across the European Union and worldwide. If your country appears at checkout, we deliver there.

Can I return my watch

Yes. You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return, which is longer than the 14 days required by European consumer law. The watch must come back unworn, in its original packaging, with every accessory included.

Is there a warranty

Manufacturing defects are covered for 30 calendar days from delivery. Accidental damage, water damage, impact and normal wear are not covered.

What is the watch made of

Each model lists its case material, movement and strap on its own product page.

Is my payment secure

Payments are processed by Shopify with bank-level encryption. We never see or store your card details.

When will I be charged

At the moment you place the order. You receive an email confirmation immediately afterwards.

Can I change or cancel my order

Write to support@carlton1907.com as soon as possible. If the parcel has not left the warehouse we can still change or cancel it.
