Track your order

Every order ships with a tracking number. You will receive it by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, usually within two business days of your purchase.

How to track

Open the shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link, or paste your tracking number into the carrier page linked there.

The tracking has not moved yet

Carriers often take 24 to 72 hours to register the first scan after collection. If your tracking shows no movement after four business days, write to support@carlton1907.com with your order number and we will chase it for you.

Delivery windows

Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout before you pay. Customs clearance can add a few days on orders travelling outside the European Union.
